Every batch of raw steel, aluminium and hardware components is inspected and lab-tested before entering the production line. Only certified materials are approved.
Dedicated QC inspectors check key dimensions at each production stage - cutting, forming, welding, coating. Non-conforming items are quarantined and reworked.
Finished doors undergo functional cycle testing, wind load testing, and water tightness testing before any shipment is approved.
Quality records accompany each order - material certificates, test reports, dimensional inspection sheets, and CE/ISO declaration documents.
Third-party inspections by SGS, BV or customer-nominated agencies are welcome. We facilitate all pre-shipment inspections.
All products carry a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Our technical team provides remote guidance and spare parts supply worldwide.
